Starting from a home-based hair factory with only 5 employees, we have now become a global hair supplier to over 25 countries hiring over 150 handcraft artisans, marketing experts, and customer service specialists.
Year after year, we visit our business partners all round the world. Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Italy, Japan……Face to face, we discuss about hair and fashion, we share experience and innovative thoughts, we learn and pursue more from each other. We find this is extremely fruitful and helpful with our business growth.
We don’t just make and sell hair, we also supply and spread joy and happiness. It has become the core values deeply rooted in Goodyard.
It has always been a great joy of mine to be able to share our customer’s happiness. I vividly remember when the business just started, we were reached out by a New Jersey children sing and dance troupe. The girls were in desperate need of 35 ponytails for their performance. It was urgent because the hair pieces had to exactly match each girl’s skin tone and hair color. The girls sent us a video as thank you for accomplishing mission impossible. They were dancing on the stage while wearing our custom made hairpieces. Watching them laugh and dance, I felt a great joy because we helped people and did what’s right.
Looking forward, we realize it takes not only the most essential quality products, but also innovation and a robust understanding of consumers’ needs to thrive in this challenging and volatile macro environment.
