Almost all the products purchased from Goodyard are custom orders, thus Goodyard won’t accept any returns unless there is a serious production quality problem.

The order should be within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that dyeing, perm and overly frequent washing can cause a lot of damage to the hair and greatly shorten the lifespan of the hair. We are not responsible for hair damage caused by improper use. Thank you for your understanding.
