Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date the order is delivered on all eligible products.

 

  HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN
  1. You must contact us first via email at gyh@goodyardhair.com within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
  2. Repackage your item(s) as received and ensure your item is sufficiently boxed and secure.
  3. Send to the address we send you and indicate on the package what we sent you.

Note:
we are not responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs and the duty that might be incurred. The duty will be deducted from your refund.

We are not held responsible for any lost returns.

 

  REFUND

Your money will be returned to your original payment method. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account (allow an additional 3 to 10 business days).

 

  ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

The products should be the stock ones.

The products should be in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wearing, styling products, or odor)

The products should not be Custom orders or Clearance items. 

The order should be within 14 days of delivery.

Please noted that we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost.
