Human Hair Extensions Care

  Washing

  Wash your hair using a sulfate-free shampoo recommended by your stylist, and make sure to use lukewarm water. Gently massage the shampoo into your hair without wringing or twisting it. When conditioning, focus on applying the product to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair to prevent product buildup at the roots.

• 

  Drying

  Wash your hair using a sulfate-free shampoo recommended by your stylist, and make sure to use lukewarm water. Gently massage the shampoo into your hair without wringing or twisting it. When conditioning, focus on applying the product to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair to prevent product buildup at the roots.

• 

  Brushing

  After your hair is completely dry, start brushing gently from the tips and gradually move towards the roots. While brushing, provide support to the roots by applying gentle pressure. Your stylist will recommend a suitable brush to use, especially for extensions. Avoid using any hair products without consulting your stylist first.

• 

  Exercise

  Wear a swimming cap to swim… chlorine can swell the hair and cause tangling. Rinse your hair immediately after you swim. DO NOT LET YOUR HAIR DRY WITH THE CLORINE IN IT.
  When really working up a sweat wear a loose braid. Rinse your hair to remove the sweat as it can build up and or swell your hair and cause tangle.

  Sleeping

  Brush your hair before to going to sleep.
  Wear a loose braid to sleep

  Styling your hair

  comb through your extensions daily to prevent them from getting tangled or matted. Use your fingers to gently separate and detangle the extension strands.

• 

  Don't

  Be aware that excessive heat exposure from hair dryers, the sun, or tanning beds can lead to dryness and premature damage to your extensions.
