SHIPPING FEE

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on package weight.
Packages weighing less than 0.5 kg: $20 to $35, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 1 kg: $25 to $35, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 1.5 kg: $30 to $45, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
Packages weighing less than 2 kg: $35 to $50, depending on the destination and chosen shipping option.
For packages over 2 kg, our sales team will provide a freight quote based on actual weight, destination, and chosen shipping option.

PROCESSING TIME

Stock products: Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
Custom orders: The estimated delivery time will be provided before placing the order.

TAX OR DUTY

Goodyard is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges for international deliveries.
Refused international packages will be refunded 50% of the product amount.
Shipping carriers may pay duties and taxes on your behalf, which will be invoiced to you after delivery.
Contact your country's customs office or tax agent for specific charges and rates on importing hair products.

AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

A 50% handling fee will be charged for shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal upon delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns.

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of product delivery for eligible items.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Contact us via email at support@goodyardhair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Repackage the item(s) as received, ensuring they are securely boxed.
Send the package to the provided address, clearly indicating the contents.
Please note:

We are not responsible for shipping costs and any incurred duty fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for any lost returns.

REFUND PROCESS

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return. Keep in mind that your bank may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to credit the amount back to your account.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

Only stock items are eligible for return or exchange.
Products must be in their original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, without signs of use, styling products, or odors).
Custom orders and Clearance items are not eligible.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that ineligible products will be returned to you at your own expense.
